KXOne Slider 410
The KXOne Slider 410 is an easy-to-set-up and well-made kayak. While it’s high-quality, there’s room for improvements, and the kayak is quite short to comfortably seat two adults. While it moves nicely through the water, there is quite a bit of drag.

Razor Kayaks Edge Pro Kayak
A hard shell foldable kayak that doesn't require inflation, the Razor Kayaks Edge Pro is a great kayak that glides through the water at pace. For the price this kayak tracks surprisingly well, is fairly stable and isn't too hard to handle. Our main knocks on it are that it's made with thin materials that may be susceptible to puncture and it's slow in the water. Easy to dry, it's an ok budget option but only for recreational use in good conditions.

This is definitely the cheapest kayak we tested and in our opinion it does feel more like a pool toy than a kayak. It handles ok and is easy to dry but the cockpit is hard to squeeze into and the thin materials make it susceptible to puncture.
Aquaglide Navarro 110 Kayak
We love the stability and comfort of this kayak. It also has some great storage for taking on an overnight trip. Our main issues are the setup/pack down and speed in the water. We really noticed the width and it was a bit hard to manoeuvre this kayak around.
Decathlon Itiwit Strenfit X500 Kayak
On paper this should be a great kayak. It certainly delivers on the speed and is the closest inflatable kayak in terms of design to a hard shell. It's a bit heavy to carry but the main issue we have is the lack of stability and less than great finish quality of the build.
