Making the top of our list of best camping tables, the Zempire Kitpac Large V2 is the upgrade of the previous version and is a great, sturdy and weather-proof table. It’s versatile with its adjustable legs and it sets up and packs down very easy, which is what you’re after when in a hurry to make dinner or when you just want to relax with a drink at camp.

Performance - It wobbles slightly, as do nearly all fold-up tables, but it doesn’t impact the performance. It’s quite sturdy and pretty much perfect on level ground. The bamboo top is not as slippery as plastic, which helps with functionality when working or cooking on it. It has a weight capacity of 50kg, which is plenty for working or cooking.

Construction - The Zempire Kitpac has from quality, aluminium legs that fold securely with locks and which are rust-resistant. The treated natural bamboo top is resistant to staining — red wine can wipe off easily.

Features - The table has a built-in bottle opener and comes with a carry bag. The bamboo top is food-safe, meaning you can prepare food directly on its surface.

Portability - It folds up nicely in four, and while it’s heavy at 7.7kg, this helps with keeping it sturdy. It’s easy to pack away by folding it down into its small and long carrying case.

Versatility - Great on uneven surfaces as each leg is adjustable, although when in this function, it can be slightly wobbly. You can make the legs shorter to use as a coffee table or higher for a dinner table or workbench.
