Our Analysis & Ratings

This is a basic large family tent that is easy to set up and has a lot of different configuration options. The materials used to construct it are not in the same class as some of the high end tent options but still the best available for the price. Great features, with a zipped middle section and high ceiling. We would be happy to have this tent as a good family camping option.

Comfort - A large tent comprised of two generous size rooms with doors opening to each. Can feel a bit dark inside during the day.

Construction - Mid range polyester materials and a mid gauge steel frame. For the price it's a good construction but is not on the same level as some of the more expensive tents.

Features - Easy setup. Good ventilation and configuration options. Lots of pockets, power access point, lantern hooks and dividing wall that can partially unzip (just make sure your buddies aren’t on the other side getting dressed first…)

Size/ Weight - Sleeping size of 12.4sqm, weight of 30kg and head height of 200cm - a very decent size 10P for a small family or two couples. Can fit two queens or four single airbeds with a bit of extra room to move around.

Versatility - Fairly easy set up for a large camping tent, better geared towards camping than touring.

Overall - An excellent large budget option.
